Ya I am parked at the Tumwater station now. No power andnot a single digit of any kind on the the station except the West Coast EV highway banner.

Oh well. Ya I am using the delivery of my FOB as an indicator of the turn on date

I stopped by the Bellingham QC location this morning to look for the phone number (yep, it's 888-833-2148) and chatted with an Aerovironment rep that was there working on the L2 charger.

He said they're testing several locations and that a call to the the 888 number should be able to activate chargers that have been tested and are working, even before the official opening. He said that the Bellingham L2 unit should be working later today but the Bellingham QC might take a bit longer.

He mentioned that there is an issue with the supply for the Burlington DC unit so I wouldn't count on it working this weekend :(

Quote... Issue with supply at Burlington.

Yes that does sound like an issue. Kinda very big issue.

Good info... I guess I'll just have to suck it up and use the free EVSE at Walgreens in Anacortes.
Lets see, free and 30 minutes... or free and 3 hours. Life's not so bad after all.

anyone been to the Longview L2 that is shown on Recargo and know if it's operational? I'm thinking of trying a trip to Portland and need a bit of L2 in between Oly and Portland to make it to the electric avenue. If you know of any other good L2's, preferably chargepoint, between Oly and Portland let me know.

I just got an email from AVInc with login info. Hopefully the key fobs will be following soon...

The web site shows the Bellingham QC "available", so I'll probably try calling the 888# to see if they'll turn it on for me :)

I'm getting my first DC quick charge at the Bellingham QC location. I called the 888 # and they turned on the charger for me.

For those not on our Facebook group. I so envied the news from Bellingham this week that I had to see if the Skykomish DCQC location was truly online and functional. Story here https://www.facebook.com/groups/seattlenissanleaf/doc/417321911632585/ if you would like to read the story of my test.

Pictures and a bit of video of the charger in action: http://seattleblueleaf.smugmug.com/Cars/DC-Quick-Charge-in-Skykomish/23051565_DqnJrt.

Soon the chargers will all be up and going gang. Crack the champagne. FINALLY.

Thanks for the post, and the link to your pictures. You mentioned the AV web site that shows what sites are active, do you have a link?

https://evnet.avinc.com/evportal/SignIn.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

you will need an account from AV. They send you credentials at the same time they send you the KeyFOB.

SeattleBlueLeaf (or anyone else) - did you happen to stop by the Sultan DC? Does it look like it would be operational as well?

I didn't see it and the AV site said it was "unreachable" so I didn't spend much time trying. I believe it is nearly ready to go though since it does appear on the AV site.

Any idea when the one in Centralia will be operational?

30th
I hope AV sends me my fob soon. When I signed up on their web site I was told that the process would be completed when things went live.

Do you know if these things will work without a fob for a while to let us try them out?
