And everytime I see this situation I post this: Any dealers who are reading this, please do not let people pass their reservations to those who did not wait in line for what is now one year and 9 days. Don't play games or let customers profiteer. If it is orphaned, sell it to a customer who is in line.

I agree that he shouldn't be able to transfer his reservation to someone else, but if he goes ahead and buys it, then he gets to sell it again with minutes if that is his choice.
