my first 24 err 12 month battery usage report

I bought my 2013 leaf mid june last year, so I dutifully went to the nissan dealer for my first battery check, required for the warranty. Of course it was 5 stars across the board. One thing worries me though. The no charge invoice says 24 month report. Should I be concerned about this?

No concern just keep for any warranty claim.
