Newbie: 2013 S model without CarWings - still programmable?

On the new 2013 Leaf S, can you still program the charge delay (timer), have access to battery information and indicate to pre-heat/-cool car at a certain time of day, before leaving work in AM for example? I know Carwings allows you to do it via cellphone, but without CW, is that still a possibility in-car?

Or what would be the alternative to doing that if not a built-in feature of the S?

Your link wasn't clickable, but I fixed that. You need to put URL tags on it, at least if you are going to use other tags.
