SO I finally bought a used Leaf. Got it home last night but, there is no charge cord with the car. The dealer said it didn't come with one since it was a lease turn in. Seems unlikely to me. I'm getting a rapid charger at some point soon and I was kind of stuck since I picked the car up out of state. Had a truck/trailer rental to bring it home. I didn't notice until after all the paperwork was done and the car was loaded on the trailer.
Stupid on my part not to check for it first. I got a great deal so I'm not too upset/concerned. I just can't drive the Leaf for right now. heh. Still have my other car.
The salesman said he was going to look into it and see about getting me the trickle charger. Also, what is this part actually called?
What do you guys think about this? Is it possible the car did not come with the regular wall adapter? Or is this something I need to make sure they get to me. The car was a lease turn in from a person who worked at the Nissan factory in TN. They apparently only drove 6k miles per year and it was suggested that the car did not come with the cord as the owner probably just plugged in at work everyday.
Thanks.
