I keep reading about the tax credit ending in 2011, but the current federal tax credit no experation date. It expires when the manuafactor has sold 200,000 units. There is no tax credit on the Prius because they have sold over 200,000. Now I'm not going to say Congress will not vote to end the tax credit. But I expect we would hear about that bill before it passes. As I read the tax code, the Federal Tax credit does not expire at the end of this year.

So the plug-in Prius would not get a part of the $7500 tax credit?
