I doubt this will ever work. As Randy pointed out, people have to subscribe to get these messages. Well, if they are inconsiderate enough to park like a jackass, what makes you think they'd want to receive messages about it?

Parking in San Francisco is its own little world. There are something like 40,000 parking spaces and 50,000 handicapped placards in use. Good luck. The last business left in 2002. All the traffic you see is just people still looking for a parking spot. :lol:
