Warning: Defective Konnwei KW-902 on the market

hello friends,
please i have a konnwei kw902 the green one, it stop working after leaving it for 3 hours in the obd, i opened it to remove the resistor ( i measured the resistor and found it 119 ohms) but after opening it i found it different from the one in pictures in the topic, p'ease need ur help.

Not sure why anyone would buy one. Others are compatible and work fine.
