Yep.webeleafowners said:So, you are still seeing REAL range north of 100 miles after three months?
No.darrenp said:The battery in my 2013 leaf was recently replaced under warranty as the capacity went below 9 bars. Since then the indicated range has been 108/111 miles.
Does this mean it was replaced with a 30 kwh battery pack?

No, my 2011 Leaf actually read 115mi in ECO in the first two months (Aug-Oct). Now it reads around 80 mi or so. It's definitely temperature and driving behavior. Almost all of my driving is in town, but in the winter I now max out around 60 mi (GOM, not actual miles).darrenp said:The battery in my 2013 leaf was recently replaced under warranty as the capacity went below 9 bars. If you mean the range indicated on the dash board, then you need to learn to never believe that number. That display is called the GOM (guess-o-meter) around here for a reason: the value it shows is a guess based upon recent drives and recent conditions.darrenp said:Since then the indicated range has been 108/111 miles.

I had to take a drive across the valley one evening without time to charge up before leaving. I had to drive very carefully to get to my destination and then back home. I arrived with the battery level at 16%. After an overnight charge to 80%, that is what the display showed the next day.
How's this for a question... what's the chances that a used $10k 2015 with a bar or 2 gone could get a 40kwh pack in a year or so if the stars align?
