Sadly the 0% rate for company cars on EVs doesn't continue past 2015. This had already been announced to end in 2015, but the reverting rate had been expected to be lower, or the rate continued.

In 2016 this would work out at an additional £1600 pa for higher rate tax payers (quick bank of envelope calculation) and actually removes the EV tax incentive entirely.
