Things look back to normal now...updated through the 15th so only a few days behind. I did notice that there appears to be "missing data" for the 10th which may indicate that this is where something went wrong with their system....curious to know if that is how others' datasets look as well...
Surprise...the levy has broken and my data is now current to Dec 9th....not up to date but at least past that Dec 4 blockage
I assume others are seeing that as well
I assume its a coincidence that I got my software update on Saturday but perhaps a broader fix has been implemented

Thanks to the growing number of posts confirming that this is a widespread issue....and some indication that Nissan is aware of it.
I agree that this is not the end of the world...but we all are paid for this service so hopefully it gets resolved in a reasonable time frame.

Strangely enough I think I am noticing that my "regional rankings" are changing....inferring that some data is getting updated...just not mine (or several others who have posted here). I will be interested to see how long this lasts...i am getting the "software update" on saturday....
When I got in touch with Nissan (online) they indicated it might be a software issue with the vehicle that required a software update....so I have to bring it in for servicing now (grumble). I will repost if and when this gets done and if it "solved" the issue

Is the "data lag" getting worse? For instance, as of today (dec 10) my most recent data on the carwings site is 6 days old (Dec 4). I'd be curious to know if everyone's data is stuck there or if there is variability to that across owners?
To follow up...dealer gave me a loaner while my car sits with them awaiting card...seemed like a reasonable compromise. They will be paying for the card, etc.
Can anyone recommend an trustworthy, affordable and certified electrician to assess our electrical system and possibly install a charger in our garage?

I made the mistake of leasing a LEAF without asking to see the specific car first. When the papers were signed, they gave me a LEAF without an SD card (so none of the central controls work) and told me they'd have one overnighted to them so I could pick it up.
