I couldn't find the Blink charger on 162nd just south of Mill Plain, in Vancouver. It looks like Kholes down the street from there on Mill Plain just got two installed. Do you need a card or something to activate them? It seems like plugshare is the best source for finding charges.

A nice lady in a Leaf showed me the four foot long scratch down the side of her car. She assumed it was from a hater who keyed her car. It looked like it had been keyed. It was a long waivy deep scratch. Sucky!

Ordered early May, then modified mine for ev project also. Delivery, October. Blink installed last week. Sounds like October delivery is the end of the 2011's.
