Sure the LEAF can use it but what they meant was to use that station at its max capacity (60A).

EVSEs, such as the Clipper Creek CS-60 refer to the service rating. 60 amps. Code requires a breaker sized to 125% of the maximum continuous draw, so the CS-60 can deliver up to 48 amps or 11.5KW to the vehicle.
