The real possibilities now are in
- Jordan
- Syria
- Yemen
- Libya
- Algeria

The last two could impact oil supplies.

So now we have the answer. The next to fall will be Libya ?

if things really get out of control congress will take action and institute rationing and price controls.. they will probably forbid the exportation of domestically produced oil.. I believe we produce enough oil to handle a 4 gallons per week ration of gasoline.. dont remember if its per car or per family.
That's pretty close. The US' daily oil production provides 3.68 gallons of gasoline per capita per week.
Here are some facts:

US gasoline consumption, 2005: 128,213,000,000 gallons/year, requiring 2,944,820,000 barrels of crude
US per capita gasoline consumption, 2005: 428 gallons/year (8.23 gallons/week)

USA oil production, 2008: 8,068,000 barrels/day (45% of gasoline consumption)
One barrel of crude = 19.5 gallons of gasoline
Population figure used: 299,563,084 (2005 gasoline consumption / 2005 gasoline consumption per capita)

Of course, crude oil is also used for other things, and "gasoline consumption" does not specify which percentage is used for personal transportation.
