I'm looking at this 2014 Leaf for sale. The dash shows 11 bars of health, while LeafSpy shows SOH=80% and Hx=73%. Are those consistent?

I'm new to this, but I imagined that SOH of 80% would be lower than 11 out of 12 bars.

Seems good, but I'm worried that 11 bars on a 2014 car with 80k miles is too good to be true :)

The battery looks great, although readings take at extreme high or low states of charge would be more predictive of issues with individual cells. I'd be surprised to see that with this one, though. Yes, the SOH is consistent with 11 bars. odometer readings are of little help with EVs: Think of someone with a long commute in a cool climate.

Generally there are other symptoms present when you have a marginal cell that looks good when fully charged. Error codes triggered under hard acceleration with low charge, poor Winter performance, things like that. I'd be very surprised if that 2015 has a weak cell.

Looks like a well cared for battery to me. You wouldn't get such a result with the earlier cells but the 2014-15 battery is much better.

One good data point is the mile range displayed when bat is about 90% charged.
