Key not found

My 2011 Leaf intermittently says "key not found". The remotes also only lock and unlock the car intermittently.

Any idea what would be wrong? It happens with all three keys, including one I just had programmed from Nissan (to troubleshoot).

I've tried replacing the 2025 and the 12v battery is topped off. The car otherwise works great. Wonder if there's a loose connection in the car antenna? Not even sure where that would be...

The dealer couldn't figure out the issue.

Does the problem occur at random locations or is it restricted to just one? See this thread.

How old is your 12v battery? They seem to be touchy in the Leaf.

Weak key fob batteries can be a problem.
