For the benefit of others in this thread, I doubt lilly is suffering the same issue as the OP. He is confusing the normal 2 to 3 (usually 3) bounces at the end before charging stops completely when charging to 100% with an actual problem the OP has. This is normal behavior on '13 to '17 Leafs and appears to have been carried forward to the '18.
