YES! PLEASE get a better heater

I was shocked at how much extra drain the heater caused... In the summer I could crank the A/C with nearly no impact, maybe a couple miles, that's it... With the heater I had to struggle to figure out how to minimize displayed power consumption... But even at its best it was still in the 1.5kw range, and I think that was ***SERIOUSLY*** under-reported. Heater on vs. heater off I'd lose well over 20% range in the low 40's. I at first was dubious that the issue was the heater, since it's only showing 1.5kw draw, right? But in the end, I could get nearly summer range in the 40's with heat completely off, but would lose a huge chunk with it on, so regardless of what the dash shows, it eats through range like pre-health-kick cookie monster.

I love driving the LEAF on fresh fallen snow... the sound... the handling... the feel.
