I've gotten the ? Processing the other day. I also have to reboot it sometimes as it won't charge when I plug in my LEAF.

the most annoying thing is the NO kWh data. This is true for unit, intranet and internet site.
Does anyone else have this issue?

The install kept reporting it was an incorrect file. The tech said they would run the upgrade program on their unit and call me back. That was about five hours ago.
Why don't they let us download and run the firmware upgrade ourselves?
