UK DAB radio swap from Tekna to Accenta

I’ve got a 2014 Acenta which we use. I’ve now also got a salvage 2015 Tekna which I’m using in an EV conversion project.

Can anyone tell me if the Tekna’s DAB radio can be swapped into the Acenta so I can get DAB in our normal car?
Is the aerial the same?

As far as I know, DAB became available on Leaf in 2016, so your 2015 radio probably doesn't have DAB. You may want to check that first.

Also, I believe that the radio needs to be coded to the car's VIN. But a Nissan-dealer should be able to help you with that.
