Windshield washer squirting onto the ground under pump

It appears a hose has come off the pump for the windshield washer. The fluid runs out onto the ground under the pump when activated. Does anyone know how difficult it is or has any information about accessing the pump. There appears to be a lot of hardware to remove before the pump can be got at. I haven't taken the bottom cover off yet does anyone know if it is accessible from underneath.
