So, I was on Long Island this past weekend (6/2 - 6/3), in the Hempstead/Hofstra area, and I kept telling my wife to keep an eye out for LEAFs, because I know there's one around here somewhere. I've had mine since early April (in the Rochester area), and had not yet see one in the wild, so my hopes were up.
I bought my Leaf in Hempstead (Nissan Garden City) but I rarely venture out that way, unfortunately. My Leaf can most frequently be seen commuting between the Five Towns and Queens, and traveling out to Bellmore/Massapequa on Sunrise Highway. One of my friends mentioned to me the other day that he saw a Red leaf with the large Zero Emission graphic in the Manhasset area. Anyone on this board?
