Received a push alert from NHK World News a few hours back saying Ghosn and Kelly would be released on bail. Now things are a bit less certain but still pointing to possible release.

She mentions a medical condition that Kelly was originally scheduled for surgery on Dec 7th in Nashville. She alleges that he was betrayed and lured into a trap by Hari Nada, saying that Kelly was needed in person in Japan. And, she asserts that Ghosn and Kelly didn't break the law and all of this a a result of a power grab by several Nissan execs, headed up by Saikawa.
