I have been leasing the current LEAF for almost 2 years now. Initially, I did not receive the NCTC card due to that the dealer was not a participating dealership (In Riverside County, CA).
So I was checking with NCTC website intermittently and 2 months ago the NCTC card has been approved. I have been using the quick charge for free since, mainly at EVgo stations.
Now my question is does NCTC card expires 2 years after activation or 2 years since the lease/purchase date? From the website, sounds like 2 years after activation. https://www.nissanusa.com/content/d...harge-to-charge-page/NCTC-program-details.pdf
By the way, the program ends on 7/7/2019 so the last date of free charging would have been 7/7/2021.
For those who don't have NCTC card, should check out the website to see if they are eligible later. https://www.ez-charge.com/
