I purchased a Leaf Techna 21 and Nissan Connect was still allocated to the previous owner. Nissan technical services told me that they had reset the vehicle. I have tried for over a week to connect without luck. I get to 'activate' and then the app says 'problem....try again' Tonight, in desperation, I deleted my account and set up the exact same account. Now I cannot even get to add the VIN as the app says the car is allocated to another user. Nissan Technical appear not to exist to help with this problem. Has anyone experienced this problem or can offer any clues to solving the matter?
