It happened to me too. I had to contact Nissan Holland for making them to give me ownership of the the new car with a proof of purchase copy . Success!I bought a Leaf 40kwh in 2018, I just exchanged it for a 2023 62kwh, the only problem I have now is it is not supported on Nissan Connect, it just says VIN is not supported, I have no idea how to fix it, - if it can be, anyone know why this is?
