On Sunday, I paid the $19.99 to access the LEAF service manual. There are two sections missing: "B: ENGINE" and "O: CRUISE CONTROL & DRIVER ASSISTANCE". I do not know if the chapters were unavailable only temporarily or not. Has anybody who paid to access the service manual not got access to those two chapters?

OK, this is what happened: the table of content looks like this:
See how the "B ENGINE" section appears to not have any subsections? It does have subsections, but their title text is black instead of white, so all you see is a black bar, instead of white text on black!!! I found this out by accident when I selected the whole page, copied to clipboard, then paste into a text file. In fact, all those seemingly pointless empty black bars actually all have pointers to subsections. For example, section "B ENGINE" has the following subsection titles:
B ENGINE
* EM Engine Mechanical
* LU Engine Lubrication System
* CO Engine Cooling System
* EC Engine Control System
* FL Fuel System
* EX Exhaust System
* STR Starting System
The first subsection title under "D TRANSMISSION & DRIVELINE" is "CL Clutch", etc.
However, even though the section titles are "there" (albeit black text on black background), the sections themselves don't exist! If you mouse over them, the cursor does not change. So the section titles are there, but the sections are not.
