I got mine installed a week and a half ago. I've been having problems since the beginning. The red "problem" light keeps coming on randomly where I have to set the breaker to reset the thing for it to work. One time, it went to the red "problem" blinking light in the middle of a charge...
There seems to be a lot of topics on how people are getting the maximum number of mileage on a complete charge.
It may be helpful to get an idea of what the least amount of charge you ended up getting on a complete charge. This may be helpful so that people are aware of the worse case scenario...
How many applications have been rejected so far? I am on the waiting list and am still holding out hope that I may still get the full rebate amount if enough people ahead of me get rejected.
My dealer did the same thing. Mine came in this Tuesday and I told him that I wanted to hold off on picking up until July 1 and he refused. He said that if I did that, they would sell the car to someone else. He pretty much gave me the weekend to pick up or I would lose it.
I notice that the cars with the big graphic on it does not have the little zero emission plastic attachments on the sides of the car. If you remove the graphic, I'm thinking it would look like it is missing something compared to others that did not have the eco design package.
Is there any way...
Keep in mind that the base price does not include the quick charge port which you need to be able to quick charge your battery if needed so it is more than $32,720.
I'm in the same boat. The price of the car should continue to go down over time and the quality of the battery will improve over time so the incentive to be one of the early adopter of an electric car has been significantly reduced for me with not getting the full $5,000 rebate. If you can...
How did you do this? I tried to talk my dealer into doing this and they said that they can't complete the paper work until the car is physically at the dealership.
Thank you. CVRP website says that it is to be proposed in June 20 and approved in July so I don't know what the chances that they will reject this proposal and keep it at $5,000. I can only hope.
Can I ask where you got the information about the $5,000 CVRP rebate being reduced to $2,500 once it runs out and it has to be replenished? Is this a fact or is this what you think?
I have a delivery estimate of June 23 and would like to delay pick up until July to take advantage of the tax...
