    Official Renault Zoe thread

Some Zoe'owners are installing a 7kW WallBox, at home, around 700$. 1 hour of recharge allows to get 25 miles of autonomy. It is a very interesting compromise. NB: 700$ is cheap because zoe DOESN'T have the possibility to be recharge by a EVSE cable, so owners are obliged to buy a specific box...

Renault Zoe is the "mondial de l'automobile" in Paris. And it is now possible for French customer to book it. Price from 13700€ (17800$) (including government discount) and 79€ (100$) per month to rent the 23kWh battery (7800 miles a year). Probably not a lot of deliveries before January 2013...

I loss another battery capacity bar

Question to users: Okay, you lost 2 bars, but, have you really observed a loss of autonomy? If yes, how much?

    Official Renault Zoe thread

One fact is sure: KangooZE and FluenceZE sold in Europe, have Nissan's Battery, and can't be charged quickly (and It was not promised like that a few months before the commercialization, so it was very disappointing). That's why I guess there is some trouble to charge often quickly Nissan's...

    Official Renault Zoe thread

Bad news concerning the Nissan Leaf. Renault Zoe will receive "LG" (south korea) battery, and not NEC/Nissan's one. Probably because the Nissan's one is not reliable with a lot of high-speed charges. Indeed, in Europe, KangooZE and FluenceZE have Nissan battery, but can't be charged quickly...
