Huh, guess the lizard pack has issues too. How are your cells?

My readings just went up again. No clue why.

Your pack looks fine to me.

You got 22.5 Kwh in a cold pack.

I got about 21 Kwh on a full charge but my Ah reports 65.7 now at exactly the same mileage as you in a 2015 Leaf. My health is 100%. I have about 160 or so QC and 700 and something L2.

it's about 53.6 degrees F here.

Check out my leafspy screen shots a few pages back.

I don't QC as much as you. I did QC a couple times recently, so does that fit into your correlation theory, or is it just coincidence? My fluctuations aren't that big, but it's curious that the Ah reading can go up. I would expect it to go down, and it definitely has, from new, even more than my old '12.

Yeah , the increasing numbers with the recent qc's does sound right.

I rarely QC now since I got the 32 amp work charge point but I find charging at 6.6 kw does rise the ah , Gids and health readings faster than charging on 16 amps at home.

The 6.6 Kw charger is so convenient that I find myself using our slower charge points (22 Kw AC) much more than the QC because then I get back to a charged car or at least enough to get home again, 2 hrs gets from about 30%-90% in about 2 hrs, 90% is more than I have the patience to wait for at the QC !

I think the more you use the car the more it will report higher, Ah, health and Gids regardless of the power of the charger but I do feel that the higher the power you charge the faster the numbers rise.

Interestingly, in my screen shot a few pages back you'll see the Ah was around 65.5 after a few weeks I noticed it showing 67.4 and it stayed at that for a good few months and now it's back around 65.5 Ah after nearly a year and 15,500 miles. Maybe if I used the QC daily It might show 67 ah again.

I ran leaf spy on a 2014 here back in February and it showed 67 ah, 100% health after 18,000 miles and he had a lot more QC than me.

I think at the end of the day if you are getting 21-22 Kwh on a full charge then your battery is doing fine.

The updated leaf battery from mid 2013+ seems to be holding up much better than the original !

I think so, at least in certain circumstances. Do you mean the blue/red lines? Usually, they're mostly red from L2 and mostly blue when QC.

Nice #'s! I had a thought, maybe mine were down because of the cold but my recent temps are 50%+ higher than yours so that can't be it.

Yeah, the screen with the red/blue lines. Are they all about the same value? If one cell pair is very different, that's worth checking out.
They are usually all pretty close. The most recent: min/avg/max = 4.115 / 4.121 / 4.132 (17 mV)

Seems thermodynamically counterintuitive to me, but it looks like many of the 2015 batteries are doing better, in terms of GID capacity, in the warmer months and the capacity drops in the winter.

I'll keep watching, and hoping, since my battery stats seem to be dropping significantly since our weather started cooling in October.

Here's another Irish leaf at 20,500 miles or 33,000 kms.

12/28/14 / 93mi / 9 L1/L2s & 1 QC:
96.4% SOC / 289 GIDs / 22.4 kWh / 63.28 AHr / 100% SOH / 97.45% Hx

01/31/15 / 652mi / 24 L1/L2s & 1 QC / ~3.9 mi/kWh (for the past month):
97.2% SOC / 281 GIDs / 21.8 kWh / 59.76 AHr / 96% SOH / 92.14% Hx

02/28/15 * 1,477mi * 54 L1/L2s & 1 QC * 4.4 mi/kWh (for the past month):
97.3% SOC * 281 GIDs * 21.0 kWh * 59.72 AHr * 96% SOH * 92.08% Hx

03/29/15 / 2,161mi / 74 L1/L2s & 1 QC / 4.6 mi/kWh (for the past month):
97.4% SOC / 284 GIDs / 22.0 kWh / 60.27 AHr / 97% SOH / 92.98% Hx

04/27/15 * 2,927mi * 95 L1/L2s & 1 QC * 4.5 mi/kWh (for the past month):
97.3% SOC / 287 GIDs / 22.2 kWh / 61.02 AHr / 98% SOH / 94.22% Hx

05/27/15 * 3,723mi * 119 L1/L2s & 1 QC * 4.3 mi/kWh (for the past month):
97.4% SOC / 288 GIDs / 22.3 kWh / 61.26 AHr / 98% SOH / 94.62% Hx

06/29/15 * 4,264mi * 132 L1/L2s & 2 QC * 4.4 mi/kWh (for the past month):
97.2% SOC * 292 GIDs * 22.6 kWh * 62.99 AHr * 100% SOH * 97.09% Hx
Funny that these are essentially the best numbers I've ever recorded--right in the middle of the hot, central valley, California summer!

07/31/2015 * 4,695 mi * 138 L1/L2s & 5 QC * 4.4 mi/kWh (for the past month):
96.6% SOC * 286 GIDs * 22.2 kWh * 61.26 AHr * 98% SOH * 94.61% Hx

10/01/2015 * 6,281 mi * 187 L1/L2s & 7 QC * 4.4 mi/kWh (for the past month):
97.3% SOC * 280 GIDs * 21.7 kWh * 57.73 AHr * 95% SOH * 91.41% Hx

During the past month, I decided to use the CHAdeMO Quick Charger at my local Nissan dealer on a regular basis, as sort of an experiment, and my battery has--perhaps coincidently--really gone to hell during this time:

10/31/2015 * 7,281 mi * 211 L1/L2s & 16 QC * 4.5 mi/kWh (for the past month):
96.2% SOC * 268 GIDs * 20.8 kWh * 57.69 AHr * 92% SOH * 88.37% Hx
(Note that these are the worst/lowest values I have recorded since buying the car about 10 months ago. I am NOT going to use the QC on a regular basis again.)

12/01/2015 * 8,007 mi * 239 L1/L2s & 17 QC * 4.0 mi/kWh (for the past month):
97.2% SOC * 268 GIDs * 20.8 kWh * 56.98 AHr * 91% SOH * 86.89% Hx

Wow, your numbers are nearly identical to mine, except for a slightly higher SOC. You also live in CA and the car has lived through 2 summers and is now in its second winter.

All of the sudden numbers are back up? 21,100 mi

273 Gids
21.16 kwh
97.41% SOC
87.61 SOH
89.11 HX
58.04 Ahr
60.8 degrees

Seems like the cold temps and weather fluctuations really do a number on the readings? The 2015 lizard mystery continues.

Warm today, and my numbers have peaked out again:

View attachment 1

I've over 159 QC and over 762 L2 at this stage, just over 16,000 miles , so you much be a very efficient driver ?

Lifetime average in this car is 4.2 m/kWh per the dash. Was only 4.0 in the old '12. Mostly town/city roads, not so much highway, or motorways as you might say. I've not far to go most days, usually go two days at least between charges. Are you charging a lot from 50% to 100% or something? How do you rack up that many charge sessions? Lots of fast driving?

Oh yeah pedal to the metal !

My average is 18 Kwh/100 kms whatever that tis in Mi/Kwh is anyone's guess !

I drive average 60-65 mph with some 75 mph stints over 85 miles a day and we got lots and lots and lots of very strong winds here and rain too, surface water has a notable impact.

I got the work charge point so I don't care about efficiency , got plenty to get me up and back. I used to QC for 10 mins for 9 mins until they installed the work charge point .

I meant to say I quick charged for 10 mins for 9 months !

I get 14.8 kWh/100 kms, so a bit slower for me, more regen too, probably, I don't brake much.

No, regen on my commute is of little use to me, don't generate much, probably less than a kwh.

so not so good. Nearly 4000 miles. 4.4 average mpkwh. Normally kept at 50% soc since I only drive on the weekends. I charge it before leaving then go. 8 months old built 9.5 months ago. Nearly ready to drop a bar. Best I ever saw was 92% soh. Hx has seemed to have gone to heck as well. Mostly parked outiside.

3900 miles
53.76 ah (best was 59.xx)
Soh 86 (best was 92)
Hx 79.32
32 qc 101 l1/2

Ive run it down to 6% and charged level 2. Seemed to get worse. My 2013 I never lost a bar in two years and 9500 miles. Wonder if I'll be one of the first to lose a bar. I only drive 40 or so miles at a time so im morbidly curious how bad it will get. Drove 72 miles from 100% to 13 percent as a test at 40 mph no climate control flat roads some stopping. Seems about right for an 86% pack.
