2018 Leaf pdm failure

2018 Leaf pdm failure while charging at Flo station at workplace. Flo app notification said charge session ended but car was at 88 percent. Unplugged then plugged in wont charge. Same at home. Dealership codes are U1027-16 and U1027-23. Dealer says replace pdm and reset codes. App went through update while charging. Any advise would be great. Thanks.

Can't get LeLink here in Canada so ordered VgateELM327 and will set up Leafspy Pro. Will follow up with results. Hopefully if I clear the DTCs I can charge again. Thanks for the advice.
