Dead Leaf

I arrived at work today, backed in to my parking spot and when I turned the car off I heard a buzz and NOTHING on the car would work. Buzz stoped after about 5 minutes.

I also noticed this morning that my charging timer was cleared out (battery was charged to 100%) and all my trip odometers reset and my Economy Meter .

Called Nissan tow truck coming, I am starting to feel that might be a 12V batter issue. Will keep you posted. Any insight would be apprecaited since I don't trust the dealers "Certified" Leaf specialist who has never actually worked on one to know much.

The Leaf is alive and well! Kind of embarrassing, the tow truck driver showed up and I said we should try to jump first before towing. Well he pulled off the negative terminal and said this might be your problem. Well it was, so if you ever have a issue like this check your battery terminals before making and a$$ of you self.

Don't feel bad. As a technician myself, I can tell you that a stupid mistake like this just makes for an easy fix.
