Leaf causing my wristwatch to slow down?

Watches running slow? I'd keep them and insist that is real time. Heck, at some point every second counts.

Watches running fast - chuck up, they are obviously broken.

I know everyone finds this thread funny, but I just want to chime in with a professional opinion before I ask if you've been checked for wormholes.

There are only very tiny stray electromagnetic fields in the Leaf. All the stuff that could make even small amounts of EMI are well shielded (in fact, usually double-shielded) from the passenger area. It would take a massive disturbance to interfere with a watch, that simply is almost impossible to occur in the Leaf.

In fact, most ICE cars, especially older ones, have more EMI coming from the ignition system than any modern EV.
