IMHO, Level II in Turnpike rest areas is a nice token move, but essentially useless.
Now DCQC is another story.

Honestly, I think the L2s are mostly a waste of money. Having 1 or 2 as backup/overflow capacity is fine, but L3 is really more suited to rest stops/travel plazas.

Mostly true, but they are fine for a Volt. It won't make a big difference, but if they can pick up a few electric miles while they are stopped that's OK.

That's a lot of expensive for a very negligible return! L2 simply has little place in locations such as that Turnpike...
