Just got a call from my dealer (Fontana Nissan). He said that my car is due in a week or so, and that the cars were being held at the port to apply the software patch. He said that Nissan discovered that the value set for the restart inhibit for the A/C was "too sensitive" leading to the problem in some cases. I guess that means those of us who take delivery going forward will already have the "Service" applied. Great news!
