That's a shame. I would have gone inside, but was with a friend and we were headed out of the parking lot. I didn't drive and didn't charge. I will next time I am in there area. Hopefully with added complaints about the charging station the manager will do something about it.

The charger at the Walgreen's at 3005 Midway is out of commission. The charger that plugs into the car is broken. Somebody must have drove over it or something. I am not sure if Walgreen's is aware. But, for the time being it is not working.

Correct me if I am wrong. But, if you lease for 3 years you can also get a free charger from companies in California...maybe elsewhere. This is what I remember.

This has been a great resource.

The lease deals are great and an easy way to justify having a leaf as a single or second car. I have talked a lot of friends into getting one and they don't regret it.

I used the charger in the Walgreens parking lot in San Diego. I went in and bought a couple things and asked the manager if I could charge while I did some shopping in the area. He was really nice and said it is nice to see somebody using it. There are several stores like Sprouts, TJ Maxx, Home...

It's the best way to sell the Leaf. Get it into their hands and let them test it real world.
