Wow! That was a steal!

I lost my first bar Monday with an average 100% ending at 232 gids. I had the reprogram done yesterday and today's 100% yielded 256 gids. Still have 11 bars. Interesting results.

Yeah I can read AH, but can't send my info as I did the reprogram today. Since I knew the car was about to loose a bar. I wanted to do a little experiment and see if that bar would be replenished after p3227. I guess I'll fwd my findings 3 weeks from today.

Lost my first bar today @ 14512 miles. I had 232 gids @ 100%. I had 231 yesterday with 12 Bars. I bought the car used with 5200 miles back in March. Not sure when the car was put into service, but It came from southern California.

I've trickle charged the last 9k miles. Heat seems to be your enemy. Not trickle charging. I'm fairly mindful where I park. I look for shade trees. I guess quick charging seems to generate a lot of heat.

It would be safe to assume my local Chevy dealerships have no evse available, as the self proclaimed highest volume Chevy dealer sits next door to the Nissan Ds.

Time for a Prius C. I would say drive your current Leaf as long as you can until the range loss is too much to handle. Maybe a couple years down the road Nissan will engineer things like thermal management or higher cap batteries. 2bucks an hour stinks! Kind of takes away the enjoyment...
