curious what your manufacture date was. Mine is Nov 2013 and I started with 284 GIDs and 67.36 ahr. FYI; after 23,000 miles I have lost a bit less than 10% which means my numbers are NOW down to where you started...

Manufactured May 2013.

So what is up with the 2013s that are still showing AHr readings in the mid-60s?

I'm thinking that Nissan were (British usage) trying different battery chemistry formulations that year. This was also the first year that new LEAFs came out of the new US factory, so who knows what variations in batteries were used through that year. Maybe some of the packs were even imported from Japan for parts of the year

guessing just early start to 2014 MY improvements. Since it takes so long to make a batch of batteries, they probably just sold more 2013's than anticipated so had to break into the 2014 batch. just my luck I guess :)

Initially all batteries were imported from Japan. Even now the materials come from Japan, they assemble the cells, batteries here.

Are you sure about that?
I recall seeing a video from the TN plant that showed manufacturing of the cells from scratch?

"Scratch" can still mean they import raw materials (especially minerals like Lithium). Bottom line, all the (US) batteries are made in TN and it takes ~3 months to "cook" a batch from start to finish.

Once you lose a bar, does it stay lost? With LeafSpy I have tracked my AHr and saw strong correlation with temperature. I see enough variation to think that the battery capacity could bob up and down and eventually staying below threshold.

I have not seen any mention of return and wonder if the display locks on the first drop.

I recently bought a 2013 Lease return. Here are some stats after charging to 80%:

Dash:
Mileage: 17887
Charge: 79%
Range: 70/65
Bars: 10

LeafSpy:
AHr = 59.89,
SOH = 91%
V= 386.5
Hx = 89.65
QCs:=276(!)
L1/l2= 472
SOC= 75.! %
kWh = 15.1
Ah = 44.97
Temp = 88.6 F
GIds = 195 (69.4%)

I am about to buy a 2013 Nissan leaf SV. With 19k Miles.
Battery check indicates ahr = 59.50
Soh = 90% (372.58v)
Hx = 90.83%

Is this normal for a 2013? Or has it been roughly handled? Original owner is from San Jose, Ca. I plan to use it in Seattle, WA

I bought a used 2013 in late May, it had 13,000 miles on it. Came from Dallas.

As of today I show:

Mileage: 16,133
Charge: 80%
Range: 77-78 typically
Bars: 12
m/kWhr: 5.0 (4.8 in my early days with the car, I'm getting better!)

GIDs: 195
AHr: 56.83
SOH: 86% (up until last week it was 87%)
Hx: 85.2
SHVolt: 386.6
L1/L2: 667
QC: 10 (dealer had given me a battery check report showing 0 grrrr)
Temp: 88.0 F

I usually charge daily to 80%, rarely to 100%

This may already been said but the numbers tend to drift down at 80% until you charge to 100% a couple of times in a row and allow balancing to complete.

I am over 25,000 miles with ahr running between 91 to 93 but all in NW... when was build date? some evidence that later 2013's are doing better than the earlier ones. my build date is Nov 2013

Ahr is "91 to 93"? Is that a new Nissan Leaf experimental battery?

My 2013 (12/2013 build 9/2013) at 24K has only 55 Ahr.
