Do you know how to upgrade the latest firmware update for the ZE1 (2018 Nissan Leaf) English North America version?
How can I get the latest firmware for my car? I asked the dealership and do not to provide the firmware update.
My problem is that CarPlay never work from day one when I purchased the car. The dealership keeps telling me it is the iPhone or cable issue. I tried many different generations of iPhones and many cables. Still doesn't work. I do not have any issue using the same iPhone and cable on my Toyota car (without any issue). I keep telling the dealership and they ignore me.
I tried to use an Android phone (Android Auto) and it is working "Okay". sometimes, it reboots by itself or lost connection.
