Does anyone know the status of the PA sales tax exemption?

Purchased a leaf in CA and I will be shipping it to PA and I would like to know if the legislation is through yet?

I am also wondering how difficult it would be to add the 440v charge port to the car because the one we purchased doesn't have it?

I'm afraid you can't. It's a factory option only.

Its hard for me to image you can't retro fit that charge port. Someone must of done that or at least wanting to do so. If there is a will there is way.
