Is it possible to order a new, programmed key from Nissan ?

Hello,

I only have one key, and was wondering if it is possible, even if expensive, to order a ready made Keyfob including key, that will work out of the box, or if it does need to be programmed by the dealer?

Any leads where I can go about doing this if at all possible?

It has to be programmed by the dealer.

I got my key made cheaper than the dealer through a lock smith.

I paid 120 bucks for the fob to be programmed and the key to be cut. The dealer wanted far more.
