whoops - dang ... another whacky double post -

oh well - might as well use the oportunity to mention that those crazy dashboard folks decided to mess with us again. For more times than I'm able to remember, we've been kicked out of March again ... relegated to the voluminous April dung heap . . . yep once again those sick suckers are laughing maniacly. Those are some hard cor people running their keyboard.
I'll miss you all . . . bye bye again March'ers, for now - guess I gotta update the spreadsheet ...

Certainly I am aware of that. My original decision was not to spend $1000 for the SL features over the SV, and certainly not to spend $1700 for SL+QC. So now my decision is not to spend an extra $1000 for SL+QC. I'm not really throwing away a "free" QC if I would have to pay an extra $1000 to get it.

I'm right there with you - dashboard went from week of March 24 to week of March 21 today. My Blink was installed on March 10. I'm hoping for an Adnroid app soon, too. I wonder what the hold-up is?
 
I got my 7-day email this morning (although My Account still shows "week of April 6", as it has for the past three days, so whatever drives My Account isn't what drives the email).

Nobody at Puente Hills Nissan's internet sales group is in the office yet to confirm. They warned me last week to book three hours for delivery because I was their first one :lol:

I was just about to update my March 23 dashboard to Week of April 4 . . . only to receive the coveted, "7 days!!" email this morning.

Even though my dashboard has said "Week of March 28" for a week, I got THE email a week ago today that my LEAF would be delivered to my dealer in the next 7 days.

My dealer has no information about my LEAF and when it might appear. It certainly is not there now. My LEAF specialist said he has no way to know if my LEAF is in the country. Do you think that is true??????

It seems that some dealers, mostly in California, seem to know when their LEAFs are in port in Los Angeles. Isn't that true?

I don't like getting an email from Nissan that it is coming in the next 7 days and then have it take 18 to 22 days to get here. NOT HAPPY!!!!

There's something wacky going on with AZ deliveries. Yours is the third that I've heard of that went MIA. One, supposed to be delivered a week ago, found it's owner in Chandler today. My dealer was finally able to find someone at the port that actually saw my car still sitting there even though he had been told multiple times that it was on a truck and on it's way to AZ. I think he was only able to do this because I was at day 13 of my 7 day window. I got the '7 day' email on March 6th and still have no car. Nissan told my dealer the would 'expedite' delivery, but wasn't sure what that meant exactly. I'm hoping and assuming that our cars will arrive together today or tomorrow.

I visited the dealer over lunch - their 'dashboard' still shows April 6, but since I'm their first delivery, and they don't have the advantage of a 'MyNissanLeafDealership.com', they may know even less than I do about how to interpret the Official Nissan Dashboard(s).

I received my 7 days email last friday, my dealer called me yesterday letting me know it
should be there today, they were right and I am just waiting to be picked up now, can't wait!
BTW my dash board still shows week of March 25th
 
We also got our 7 day email last Friday and got the call yesterday that it's in - going to pick it up in 2 hours!

I just checked my dashboard after receiving the "earthquake" email, and my former March 11 date is now at March 30. I'm wondering if it's due to options or upgrades being installed at the port, since the car must have been in the States for a while by now...

Can you tell us if, or when, you got a 7 day email??

I actually ordered before Shawn, but I am stuck on 'week of April 15'. Shawn has a lower VIN number though....

I'm thrilled to hear that we are getting Texas deliveries.
 
DASHBOARD CHANGES

I have lost a check mark on my account's dashboard. On February 20 I was able to connect with CARWINGS and get my CW Pin and password. Yesterday I noticed the check mark by "enable CARWINGS" is gone and it says "get started" again.

When I open that it says "an exception occurred retrieving you information"

Has that happened to any one else? What happened? What did you find out? I can still log on to the Owners screen.

Since Feb. 20 my estimated delivery "week of" has changed ten times. This morning it went from March 28 to March 30 even though over a week ago I got THE email, "your LEAF will arrive at you dealer within the next 7 days". This does not look good. Each time there is another delay I feel like another ding has been put in the side of my LEAF. It is no longer as special as it once was to me. FRUSTRATED.
