Hi all,
I purchased an LCS-25 that I'm going to use on an unused 240V/30A dryer circuit. I'm going to have an electrician do the installation.
However, before I do that, I'd like to test the LCS with my Leaf. The old dryer receptacle (which the electrician will replace) is a NEMA 10-30. I've purchased a Leviton NEMA 10-30 plug that I'm going to wire to the end of the LCS.
I believe that the green wire on the LCS will go to the L-shaped blade on the plug, then the red will go to one of the diagonal blades and the green to the other. Is that correct (and, specifically that it doesn't matter which diagonal plug blades the red and green are connected to?
Thanks!
