Rear wheel way out of alignment - bent suspension component?

i just replaced my tires, and the rear passenger side had a gigantic wear are on the inside edge.

They tried to align, but it is still .25" ot, and they said that is all they can do.

I took the wheel off, and it appears that the wheel and brake mount is welded to the crossmember. Is my beam or wheel mount net?

There is no real alignment capability in the stock Leaf rear end so a bent component is a definite possibility.

Possibly a manufacturing defect?

I think I am going to take this one to the dealer.

Took it to a shop, and they said that the actual U-shaped cross-member that is the rear suspension is bent. Shouldn't be bent
