Tow me across the road to the Nissan Dealer. Thank goodness for the kind chap next to me who lent me jump start unit which solved the problem. I have now replaced the 12v battery which has curred the problem and I have purchased a jump start unit to keep in the car permanently just in case. BTW on testing the 12v battery showed one dead cell which was the problem. I can't understand why the fault code can't simply direct you to the battery instead of this T/M System nonsense.

It doesn't even need to be a good 12V jumper, just middling. For good measure, maybe it can keep itself charged via small PV module.

In this case it may have been good to not get a T/M verbose message, as it may have been misleading.

"Step 1." in the FSM for troubleshooting nearly every DTC is the same: Check the condition of the 12V battery.
