Where to order new SD-card?

Is there anyone here that can recommend a dealer in North America, that provides new SD-cards?

I have heard that many dealers don't know how to do it, and some of them ask you to bring the whole car, which is not an option for me.

Thanks for the link. It would be very helpful, if it was possible to order SD-card online.

Does it mean that it is possible to get a new SD card for just the shipping cost, if you know the confirmation code?
And is it important to take care of the confirmation code, before the card is lost?
Many auctions keep the SD-card in office to avoid that it gets lost. I guess a lot of cards gets lost, because they are stored in outside the vehicle this way. May be it is not so important to take care of the physical card: It is the confirmation code, that has value and they should take care of. Or am i wrong?

But how is it possible to get the confirmation code?
