Hi all,
I'm looking at importing a Leaf from Japan (to Perth, Australia). I was looking at a 30kw battery version, but....
I read a post on this forum saying that the most reliable Leaf battery is from 2015 (Lizard). I'm a bit confused as to the actual year these 'Lizard' packs were in production Leafs though (and are they 24Kw or 30Kw), as his post isn't that clear on this particular point (if Warranty that would imply a later Leaf has the Lizard natively) ...so if anyone could shed some light on this please.

"Warranty replacement packs installed from 2015 on should use the so-called "Lizard Pack" with greater longevity and better (but not perfect) heat resistance."
And then this report says Lizard batteries are 24Kw:

So I'm a bit confused as to the most reliable Leaf battery to get, and how to make sure the importer can identify it.
Appreciate any advice.
