Right - read that. The actual J.... spec outlines the gory details of vehicle weight, that tires can be shaved, tire pressure, etc. I'd like to know exactly why the weight difference between 'curb' and 'as tested' and haven't found it yet.evnow said:See the EPA_test_procedure_for_EVs-PHEVs-1-13-2011.pdf that OP links to.
