I've never seen Nissan release figures like what you're asking for any of their vehicles, unless they feel like doing so.
I unfortunately don't think you'll find an answer in a timely fashion. Whatever they release also many not be granular enough or useful (e.g. max or typical production capacity but w/o mentioning which markets the cars are destined for).
I don't see anything particularly helpful at https://nissan-tennessee.com/en nor at https://nissannews.com/en-CA/nissan/canada and https://nissannews.com/en-US/nissan/usa/releases. Via https://newsroom.nissan-global.com/, I did find https://newsroom.nissan-global.com/releases/release-38d144e67f3bedef1b961fff8303fdf3-190425-01-e but it doesn't even break it out by model.
They will (of course) release sales figures (usually monthly) for certain markets but that's after the fact. They usually don't include any data on equipment level.
Examples on sales figures:
https://nissannews.com/en-CA/nissan/canada/channels/Sales-Reports-Canada
https://nissannews.com/en-US/nissan/usa/channels/U-S-Sales-Reports
For kicks, I tried searching https://www.autotrader.com/ for any of the Leaf Plus trims and it turned up none in the US, which is likely wrong. If I use https://www.nissanusa.com/shopping-tools/search-inventory/inventory-results.html#/search!model.name%5B%5D=Nissan%20LEAF and select only the 3 Plus trims and set the distance to 91 miles from where I am, I already get 50+ exact matches and 99+ close matches. It unfortunately don't give exact numbers. If I raise the distance higher, the figures seem the same.
