Upon starting the LEAF up in the morning(set to 100% charge)the range indicator is indicating 70-72 miles(D) and 78-80(ECO). The battery temperature = 4 bars Garage temperature= 32F-40F Does this sound right?

I don't think this question was raised yet on this forum. If so, I'm sorry to re-post. I really don't understand why the Leaf's rear solar panel can't charge the main battery, and only the accessories.

So, I've been going back and forth with deciding upon the Eaton charger or the GE Watt Station. I've decided on the Eaton Level 2 Residential Charger 240VAC/30A EVSE. The GE Watt Station is much more beautiful, but I'm not buying aesthetics here. Thoughts?
